Qualifications
1. Minimum High School diploma or equivalent certificate required.
2. Proficient in basic computer skills. Working knowledge of Epic scheduling is preferred.
3. Sound knowledge of medical terminology.
4. Minimum six (6) months’ experience in an ambulatory care environment.
5. Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
6. Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and patient experience standards.
7. Scheduling flexibility to accommodate the needs of the department.
