PAYROLL INFO SYS ANALYST-ERP

Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Computer Science degree is required. 

Experience:  3 to 5 years’ experience with designing and configuration of an enterprise-wide systems support is required. 

Lawson and API Product support experience is preferred.

Project Management experience preferred

Payroll and HR experience required

Functional and Technical knowledge of mainframe applications and web design

Knowledge of word process, spreadsheets, and database packages

Skills/Other:  

Computer literacy skills are required including Microsoft Office suite and intuitive navigation of windows based applications.  Possess ability to work closely with all levels of employees within the organization.  The individual must be creative, have proven analytical and problem-solving skills.  Possess very strong written and oral communication skills and work.  Display strong organization, documentation, and process control skills.  Professional attitude, confidentiality and initiative are a must.

 Strong knowledge of data storage and retrieval concepts. Demonstrated experience in a teamwork environment.
