Education Requirements:
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Ohio.
- Current BLS certification required at the time of hire.
- First Aid certification required within 6 months upon hire for the following departments:
- Inpatient Physical Therapy
- Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Program
Experience:
- Minimum Level of Experience Required: No prior job-related experience necessary.
- Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of relevant job experience.
