Qualifications:
Physical Therapist degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
- Current Physical Therapist license for state of Ohio required.
- Requires effective communication skills and the ability to problem solve, plan, and prioritize. Displays flexibility.
- Duties require independent judgment and decision-making, and maintenance of confidentiality.
- Demonstrates acceptable work performance by exhibiting a positive and constructive attitude, initiative, dependability, cooperation, and skill in verbal and written expression.
- Abides by the Code of Ethical Conduct as defined by the Code of Ethics by the APTA.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
