- Full-Time | Comprehensive Outpatient Rehab Program (Brown St.)
The physical therapist provides evaluation and treatment to adolescents and adults with neurological impairments to include brain injury, cerebral vascular accidents and spinal cord injury as part of a coordinated interdisciplinary outpatient team.
Wil provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients, depending on service area. The therapist meets productivity standards and satisfactorily completes and maintains all required documentation.
The therapist maintains a “Patient First” orientation and meets MVH customer service standards. Will serve as a flexible member of both disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams, including assisting others as needed and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.

As a member of our team you will be expected to provide evidence based care treatments to your patients, complete daily documentation using the Epic Rehab Module EMR, communicate with other medical professionals and maintain all licensing requirements. Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. New grads welcomed
Licensure: Possess a valid license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the State of Ohio.
Certification: BLS Certification required, within 30 days of hire
