Premier Health is seeking a PRN, Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Troy, Ohio. Opportunity to enjoy a supportive environment with 1:1 patient care, including 60-minute evaluations & 45-minute follow-up sessions. No Weekends!
Job Duties:
- Conduct patient evaluations, reassessments, and discharge summaries for all populations served
- Administer treatments based on evaluations and reassessments
- Complete all required documentation promptly
- Maintain productivity at departmental standards
- Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff
- Participate in case management for patient rehabilitation services
- Perform non-clinical tasks and maintain effective daily work habits
- Take part in one to two departmental, hospital, or community programs/meetings
- Teach, orient, train, supervise, and mentor coworkers, new employees, volunteers, observers, and at least one student annually
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program required.
- Current physical therapy license in State of Ohio. New graduates are welcomed!
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
