General Summary/Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Occupational Health Medical Director, the physician serves in a position of leadership to direct and coordinate all clinical services involving professional and medical judgement. The Physician provides direct patient care, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of occupational injuries or illnesses. Must work collaboratively with company representatives to assist in timely return to work. Responsible for performing physical exam assessments, including DOT exams, Pension Board Physicals, and other specific company requested specialty physicals. Responsible to provide Medical Review Officer service.
