Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Valid Ohio Respiratory Care License
• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist Credential through NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care).
• BLS certification required.
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - RPSGT through BRPT (Board of Registered Polysomnography Technicians) or Registered Sleep Technologist - RST through ABSM (American Academy of Sleep Medicine.) 

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3  years of job-related experience

Prior job title or occupational experience: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Prior specific functional responsibilities: N/A

Knowledge/Skills

• Must have a working knowledge of all areas of treatment modalities such as CPAP, BiLevel, and other commonly used sleep strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to educate patients.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office
