Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate Degree in Health Information Management or related healthcare field preferred.
Licensure: N/A
Certification: Medical Terminology Certification preferred.
Experience: Two years of Health Information Management, Physician Office – PreCert function or Scheduling experience, billing experience required.
Two Years of previous pre-certification experience – hospital or physician’s office preferred.
