PRIVACY MANAGER

The Privacy Manager assists with all Premier privacy activities, including but not limited to, policies, procedures, auditing, monitoring, enforcement and corrective action, and education of Premier workforce, including affiliates and sites that utilize/access the Premier electronic health record. In addition, the Privacy Manager functions as the Privacy Officer and will assist Premier workforce in utilizing patient information effectively while protecting its confidentiality and ensuring the appropriate use and disclosure. The Privacy Manager is the coordinator of all Privacy standards for Premier Health. The Privacy Manager provides leadership in matters of privacy and confidentiality and the implementation and enforcement of the federal rules and regulations that govern privacy and confidentiality.
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent alternative.
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Privacy, or must obtain certification within one year of accepting position.
Minimum Level of Experience: 5 - 7 years of related experience.
