Education: BSN required or must complete within 5 years of hire. Proof of enrollment required within 6 months of hire.
Licensure: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License
Certification: Current CPR certification. ACLS and PALS required or must have within one year form date in position. This must be maintained.
Experience: 2 years of recent Advanced Care RN experience within an in-patient acute care setting required (including vents & drips); critical care RN experience is preferred.
Skills/Other: Attend designated classes as discussed in yearly performance appraisal. If all above requirements are met, may be eligible for float differential.
