Education: BSN required or must obtain within 5 years of hire. RNs with minimum 2 years of hospital RN experience may elect to forgo the BSN requirement and obtain a Professional Nursing Certification instead within 3 years of hire.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid Ohio RN license; Current AHA BLS certification required at time of hire.
Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years of RN experience is required; Oncology and Chemotherapy experience is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
o Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
o Basic computer knowledge
o Strong organization skills
o Effective interpersonal and communication skills
