Rn-Registered Nurse/Patient Safety Coordinator/Full Time/8Am - 4-30 PM/80 hours per pay

Education: BSN Required.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

•  Valid license as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio.  
• Current CPR certification required at the time of hire.

Experience: 3 - 5  years of hospital RN experience is required.  Previous nursing leadership, Project Management or Case Management preferred.

Other experience requirements: Demonstrated ability of project management, particularly in organization-wide initiatives.  Demonstrated ability to assess, create, and implement training.  Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills and group and process facilitation skills. Must be able to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as representatives of various cultures in the external community. Analytical capabilities, surveys, and data analysis.
