RN RESIDENCY
Education: New Graduate RN within the last 12 months from an accredited nursing program. BSNs are given preference. (Note: A limited number of Associate prepared nurses will be considered for the program. In such instances, a BSN must be obtained within 5 years of hire. Proof of enrollment in an accredited BSN program is required within 6 months after completion of immersion period.)
Licensure: Ohio RN licensure. License must be active on the Ohio Board of Nursing no later than ten days prior to start date of cohort.
Certification: Current BLS Certification is required.
Employment Commitment: Due to the significant resources offered to ensure the success of the new graduate nurse, a 36 month (3 year) post residency work commitment within Premier Health is required (*agreement will be reviewed with new graduate upon hire prior to signing).
