General Summary/Responsibilities:
Administers a comprehensive health service program that helps students achieve maximum benefit from the educational program. Note: The assessment/treatment of students is limited to the evaluation of symptoms and administering emergency first aid. Guardians are encouraged to contact a licensed medical provider for additional services. Duties may require traveling to buildings throughout the district.

- Extensive knowledge of normal growth and development. Ability to access pharmacology information and community health resources appropriate to the needs of students.
- Meets all requirements to maintain CPR instructor certification, including teaching a minimum of 2 classes per year.
