SITE LEADER PHARMACY-AMC

Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, with an advanced degree such as M.S., M.B.A., or Pharm.D. required. Residency preferred.

Licensure: Current and in good standing pharmacy license in the State of Ohio
Certification: None required
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of pharmacy supervisory experience required (administrative residency preferred)

Skills/Other: Good interpersonal skills and analytical and communication skills are essential. Strong organizational skills and commitment to innovation and systemness Demonstrated commitment to an integrated approach to patient care Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS 

Strength: Ability to lift, carry, push and/ or pull 20 to 50 pounds 
Exposure: Exposure to chemicals and drugs, may require handling of cytotoxic agents 
Walking: Ability to walk and be on feet for long periods of time 
Safety: Adhere to safety procedures and universal precautions to minimize exposure to hazardous materials 
Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken words to convey detailed spoken instructions to co-workers, physicians, nurses and patients accurately, succinctly and in the English language. 
Environment: Office type working conditions 
Travel: Multiple sites for meetings and practice
