Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling required
Licensure: Licensure with the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. LISW or PCC required, pursuing supervisory credential preferred
Certification: CPI completed by end of probationary period. CPR completed by end of probationary period.
Experience: Three years post-Masters degree of experience in a health care setting, mental health setting and/or Alcohol/Drug Treatment Program agency setting is preferred.
Skills/Other: Must possess strong Communication and Clinical Skills, including competency in diagnosing, along with knowledge of community resources.
