Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling required
Licensure: Licensure with the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. LSW or PC required, pursuing independent licensure preferred
Certification: CPI completed by end of probationary period. CPR completed by end of probationary period.
Experience: At Least 3 years of experience in a health care setting or other social service or behavioral health agency preferred
Skills/Other: Must possess strong clinical and communication skills.
