Licensure: Current Ohio licensure in appropriate clinical field. RN Preferred.
Certification: N/A
Skills/Other: Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations. Understanding of finance including, but not limited to balance sheets, CPT and DRG codes, and revenue and usage reports. Participation in successful process improvement initiatives, especially Lean activities. Documented examples of learning agility. Report-writing and training/coaching/mentoring experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required in a Clinical area, Nursing preferred. Master’s degree from accredited program preferred. If an individual has a master’s degree in a clinical area verses a bachelor’s in a clinical area that will be taken into consideration. Documentation of coursework or work experience in statistics, facilitation, project management, data analysis or research methods required.

Experience: Five or more years’ experience in healthcare (e.g., Operations, Nursing, or Other Clinical area, etc.). Management or healthcare consultant experience preferred. Three or more years’ experience with data analysis, decision support or finance with knowledge of analytical tools, such as spreadsheet applications and data bases. Demonstrated experience in facilitation, project management and healthcare operations.
