SR TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER
The Senior Technology Engineer position provides advanced level design, installation, administration and maintenance of Premier Health’s IT infrastructure, with an emphasis with Cisco Telecom Technologies, Call Manager, Unity, VOIP gateway, SIP, PRIs, and dial plans. Troubleshoots all aspects of the Cisco Voice and Data network. Candidate should also have experience and knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN), Servers, Storage, Transport circuits and datacenter infrastructure.
This senior level position will have a technical focus in specific areas such as VoIP and Unified Communications, Systems and Storage, and Network or Network Security. Leads and/or participates in advanced technology projects. Maximizes infrastructure reliability, availability and performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, updates and collaborating with infrastructure architects, vendors and consultants. Works with architects to set and manage infrastructure standards. Leads by example in standards compliance and change management. Handles technical problems with little to no supervision. Integrates advanced technical skills with knowledge of the business to provide effective network solutions. Provides guidance and mentoring to colleagues and promotes teamwork.

Prior specific functional responsibilities: Network Engineering, Network Security, Unified Communications, VoIP Engineering, Systems Administration, SAN Administration, Citrix Administration
Preferred experience: On call support for a 24/7 operation. Healthcare Industry.
Other experience requirements: Advanced level knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications. Design, manage, and maintain a complex infrastructure consisting of Call Manager, Unity, VOIP gateway, SIP, PRIs, and dial plans. Troubleshoots all aspects of the Cisco Voice and Data network.
