QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
• Information Technology-related Bachelor Degree with 8 years of technical experience. OR
• Related Bachelor degree with 10 years of technical experience, OR
• Information Technology-related Associates Degree with 12 years of technical experience, OR
• Related Associates Degree with 15 years of MIS experience

Licensure:
• Not Applicable

Certifications:
• While not required, certification in areas directly related to internet and intranet technologies are considered, including Microsoft-related certifications: MCSA, MCSD, MCSE, MCAD, and/or MCPD.

Experience:
• Required: Knowledge of the development, application, and architecture of the following technologies: ASP.NET MVC with C#, Razor, Bootstrap, XML, JSON, SQL Server, ASP.NET Webforms with VB.NET, jQuery, HTML5, CSS.
• Required: Familiar with Web Content Management Systems preferably .NET-based, architecting and developing within set of templates, master pages, and stylesheets.
• Required: Demonstrated ability to integrate third-party databases, web services, and/or applications.
• Required: Demonstrated ability to translate provided designs and user experiences into web applications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and adhere to strict user experience implementation guidelines.
• Experience with usability testing documentation, translating this into new solutions for the website system.
• Desired: Familiar with Search Engine Optimization from a development perspective within a Web CMS framework.
• Desired: Familiar with evaluating and optimizing site performance.
• Desired: Knowledge of best practices for deployments and continuous integration.
• Desired: Knowledge of responsive framework design.
• Desired: Familiar with working within Agile framework.
• Desired: Knowledge of Sitefinity CMS and Sitefinity CMS Feather framework.
• Desired: Knowledge of Gulp, Grunt, and/or Node.Js.
• Desired: Knowledge of Sass and/or LESS CSS preprocessing languages.
