Job Title: Student/Resident Recruitment Coordinator

Unit: Med Ad Administration

Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm

Status: Full-time/ 80 Hours Per Pay

Facility: Miami Valley Hospital

 

MEDICAL STUDENT Coordinator responsibilities:

·         Coordinates all Wright State student and visiting medical student rotations at MVH

·         Distributes information on policies, health and safety to students

·         Adding students to HealthStreams for EPIC Learning Modules

·         Submits CARFs for Medical Student EPIC accounts

·         Assisting medical students with EPIC fingerprinting

·         Prepares contracts for visiting student rotations at MVH

·         Resident event planning (King’s Island, Young’s Dairy, Appreciation Week & Clifton Mills)

·         Assists other members of the department as requested
