Outpatient Behavioral Health - Dayton

General Summary/Responsibilities:
The Clinical Supervisor for Outpatient Behavioral Health provides guidance, support, and oversight to therapists and counselors, ensuring high-quality client care and professional development. They are responsible for monitoring clinical practice, providing feedback, and addressing ethical and legal considerations, while also fostering a supportive environment for supervisees. The Clinical Supervisor will have clinical oversight of dependently licensed staff (LSW/LPC), monitoring and evaluating the clinical work of counselors and therapists, including reviewing client records, case notes, and treatment plans. The Clinical Supervisor will have overall responsibility for the clinical supervision functions at all the Premier Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinics, including, but not limited to the practices in Montgomery, Warren, and Miami counties.
Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor will foster collaborative relationships will all therapy/counseling staff by identifying training needs and opportunities for professional growth. This position will work towards establishing academic and community partnerships to facilitate the recruitment of therapy and counseling students into the outpatient practice; overseeing students and/or interns as applicable.
Qualifications
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Master's degree

Ability to motivate, guide, and support counselors/therapists in their professional development.
Ability to identify and address clinical and administrative challenges.
