High School Diploma required; post high school education required.
Five year work history as a multicraft mechanic or equivalent experience.
Two or more journeyman’s licenses or equivalent experience.
Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills; confidentiality a must.
Ability to organize, prioritize, supervise and direct others.
Drivers license required
Ability to work with multiple interruptions and still concentrate, paying close attention to details at all times
