Experience: Experience with physicians, nursing staff, patients and families is
highly desired.
Skills/Other: Demonstrated performance of outstanding customer service skills required. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to operate in a high stress environment and manage multiple tasks while remaining focused on the overall delivery of service to consumers. Must be mature and able to deal with a broad range of people from a variety of economic and social levels, races and cultures. Must possess strong oral skills and be able to interact with employees from all levels of the organization. Must demonstrate excellent telephone skills.
