SYS MGR-CARDIOPULM REHAB
The System Manager – Cardipulmonary Rehab will be responsible for operations of all Premier Health Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Sites and Diagnostic testing centers to ensure comprehensive evaluation and rehabilitation of patients who participate in the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program. The system manager also will oversee cardiovascular diagnostic testing operations of stress lab, and EKG at the Miami Valley Hospital campuses and offsite locations. The position requires a thorough knowledge of fiscal management, human resource management, program development, current trends, and regulatory requirements as it relates to cardiopulmonary rehab and diagnostic services. The Manager must be able to work with the team to enhance patient flow and offer top decile patient experience. Exceptional interpersonal communication is required as the Manager must be able to build relationships with multiple physician practices, as well as promote the services across all markets in Premier’s service area.

Education:
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree

· Area of study or major: Healthcare Administration or other applicable field.
· Preferred educational qualifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Registered Nurse (RN)
