Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree

Area of study or major: Computer Science, MIS Computer Engineering or related degree or 3-5 years of related experience with demonstrated knowledge.

Prior job title or occupational experience: 3 or more years of technical experience

Knowledge of Windows based hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, switches, routers, cabling and other hardware and connectivity related products
General working knowledge of telecommunication systems
Knowledge of a Windows based network including active directory along with Microsoft and other software products.
