SYSTEM ANNUAL GIVING PROGRAM MANAGER

Reporting to the System Director of Foundation Operations, the Annual Giving Programs Manager will design, implement and grow revenue through annual giving and monthly giving programs for the four PH Hospital Foundations in the projected amount of up to $1.5M annually. Effectively identify and acquire new annual donors ($1,000 and below), and cultivate and convert donors to major gift prospects. Increase donor giving and retention rate, through online, direct mail, email, and other peer-to-peer fundraising tools. Develop a comprehensive metrics-driven annual giving plan each year to drive long-term donor cultivation and stewardship. Create and organize annual revenue projections and fundraising goals for annual giving and direct the implementation of all fundraising campaign strategies, events, matching opportunities, and more to meet revenue goals.
Report and analyze for improvements, the effectiveness of the campaigns. Prepares annual giving reports with a focus on the following types of reporting: analytics, audience analysis, annual giving results, and prospect identification. Synthesize information and develop key findings that will drive strategic decisions in annual giving across the organization. Modify interactive dashboards and leverage analytics to support organizational goals.
Maintain significant knowledge of the donor database to oversee systems and software that track donors and prospects. Ensure donor data integrity and efficient systems for data hygiene, coding, data entry, gift processing, and relationship management are maintained.
Additional responsibilities include record maintenance, donor prospecting for new giving opportunities, and providing oversight and management of the fundraising software (Blackbaud NXT, Online Express and Research Point) for all four Premier Health Hospital Foundations and ensuring its effective operation for all end users including operational staff and development staff, assisting in creating a culture of data health, accuracy and continuous improvement and training.
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree
Area of study or major: Business, Analytics, Communications/Organization Development or Healthcare field related preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Professional Certification in Raiser’s Edge NXT Database preferred
Experience
Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job related experience
