Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree

§ Valid RN license in the State of Ohio

§ Current CPR and ACLS Certification

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 5 - 7 years of job related experience

Prior job title or occupational experience: N/A

Prior specific functional responsibilities: Minimum 5 years of clinical cardiopulmonary experience.

Preferred experience: N/A

Knowledge base in cardiovascular and pulmonary anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology, particularly in ischemic heart disease.

§ Knowledge base in cardiovascular and pulmonary physical assessment techniques, cardiac monitoring treatment techniques and arrhythmia recognition, and psychological evaluation and intervention.

§ Demonstrates knowledge base and skill in providing care to specific age groups.

§ Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, positive communication skills, and management potential through education or minimum of one-year experience in managerial role.

§ Possesses team focused attributes. Work scheduled hours as assigned.
