TEAM LDR RESPIRATORY - Nights
The Respiratory Care Team leader is an advanced standing licensed therapist who functions as a frontline member of the Respiratory Leadership Team. He/she has proven interpersonal and problem solving skills which are employed daily to guide and support clinical staff, direct care and insure consistent workflow. He/she serves as a role model and mentor to members of the health care team and may act on behalf of leadership to intervene with issues and concerns while escalating concerns to the Department’s management staff.
Minimum Level of Education Required: Associates Degree
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Valid Ohio Respiratory Care License, Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist Credential through NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) BLS prior to hire, ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days. Non-violent crisis prevention within 6 months of hire.
