THERAPY ATTENDANT
Experience:
Three months on-the –job training to perform at competent level.
Skills:
The Rehabilitation Aide must possess effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to take direction and carry out tasks independently.
Traits:
Demonstrate the ability to evaluate and prioritize patient needs in an efficient and effective manner. Demonstrate the ability to assess customer needs (emotional and physical) and determine appropriate action. Demonstrate the ability to anticipate the needs of coworkers and appropriately assist as needed.
Possess creative problem solving skills with a willingness to take initiative in resolving work-related issues. Must be energetic and enjoy working with people at all levels of the organization. Demonstrate the ability to interact positively with Nursing and Therapy staff and develop trust and credibility with Nursing and Therapy customers while creating a system of responsiveness to customer needs. Willing to accept a high level of personal ownership in future success of the therapy departments. Possess a passion for customer service and commitment to service excellence.
