Knowledgeable of compensation management including total rewards strategic model framework within the private and/or healthcare sectors
In-depth knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and emerging trends in compensation and benefits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle highly confidential HR information in a professional manner.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to correspond and engage in crucial conversations with all levels of management.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytics and critical thinking skills to identify problems and develop solutions.
Strong PowerPoint development and presentation skills.
Familiarity with PayScale, Infor Lawson, ADP, bSwfit, HR Service Now and other third-party benefits administration, compensation and HRIS management platforms.
