Position: Total Rewards Analyst

Department: Compensation

Shift: 8AM-4:30PM 

Status: Full-time/ 80 hours per pay period 

Facility: Premier System Support/ Hybrid 

As a Total Rewards Analyst specializing in compensation and benefits, your role involves designing, implementing, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing compensation data, evaluating benefit plans, developing competitive compensation structures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and providing recommendations to optimize total rewards strategies aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, you may collaborate with HR teams to communicate and educate employees about compensation and benefits packages.

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required:  Bachelor's degree

Additional requirements:

Type of degree: Human Resources, Business, or related area

Licensure/Certification/Registration

PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, GBA, RPA, CCP Preferred 

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required:  1 - 3  years of job-related experience

Prior job title or occupational experience: Compensation Analyst, Employee Benefits, HR

Preferred experience: Previous experience in a Healthcare Environment strongly preferred with a focus on Compensation and/or Benefits

Other experience requirements: Advanced Excel skills

 

Knowledge/Skills

  • Knowledgeable of compensation management including total rewards strategic model framework within the private and/or healthcare sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and emerging trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential HR information in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to correspond and engage in crucial conversations with all levels of management.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytics and critical thinking skills to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Strong PowerPoint development and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with PayScale, Infor Lawson, ADP, bSwfit, HR Service Now and other third-party benefits administration, compensation and HRIS management platforms
