CLINICAL OPERATIONS SPEC-RN

Qualifications

1. RN With current Ohio License Required (Associate Degree Acceptable)
2. Knowledge of patient centered medical home (PCMH) principles preferred
3. Current or prior experience in Physician Office required
4. Has or is able to obtains a basic understanding of management of chronic health conditions and population management
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
6. Ability to work well with multiple teams and in multiple settings
7. Good written and verbal  communication skills
8. Strong problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
9. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with efficacy
10. Detail oriented with strong multi-task abilities
11. Self-Motivated to achieve high level of provider and staff motivation and engagement for patient centered care and transformation initiatives. 
12. Proficient in office based patient safety practices in OSHA, CLIA, Infection Control practices, etc.
13. Comfortable and competent in basic ability to instruct /educate staff in appropriate skills
14. Familiarity with the EPIC EMR is strongly preferred, along with ability to work in Excel.
15. BLS certification required
16. 1-2 years Healthcare and Administrative experience
