DIR-OPS-BEHAVIORAL HEALTH-PPN
The PPN Director of Operations for Specialty Services is responsible for and accountable to work closely with physicians, APPs, therapists, Wright State University; Boonshoft School of Medicine Department Chair, Premier Physician leadership to shape, guide and direct the overall initiatives and daily operations of Behavioral Health service lines and practices within PPN. This role requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about improving mental health services and ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care. The Director will work with the designated Vice President to prepare and analyze data for strategic decision-making. The director will work with the designated academic chair to ensure the operational plan supports the educational needs of the WSU Psychiatry residents. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, staffing, influencing, and coordinating operations. The Director participates in the formulation, interpretation, and execution of company and system strategic plans.
The Director is responsible and accountable for the assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of all areas of responsibility. The Director participates in the formulation, interpretation, and execution of departmental and system policies and procedures. The Director functions as a creative, innovative leader and coordinator with a high degree of independence and accountability. The Director in coordination with the Vice President also develops, directs and leads the near and long term strategic vision, growth and development for the programs under their responsibility.
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree

Licensure/Certification/Registration
- MBA, RN, LCSW, LPC, MSW, or MH
Minimum Level of Experience Required: 5 - 7 years of job related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: Progressive healthcare leadership experience including planning, organizational culture change, strategic and business development. Preferred experience in IP or ambulatory behavioral health
Prior specific functional responsibilities: Extensive experience working directly with physicians and in a matrix environment. Experience working with academic leaders in an operational capacity.
