I.T. INTERN - DIGITAL HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY

General Summary/Responsibilities:
This entry level position is responsible for supporting multiple teams within the Digital Health & Technology Division. The position will work under a manager and receive assignments from their manager. They will provide technical support to Digital Health System Designers, System Builders, Customer Support Desk and Field Support staff. Work will include tasks such as user provisioning, certificate tracking, finger printing, workstation and printer imports, directory and distribution list maintenance, configuring devices such as iPhones, Vocera devices, PCs, laptops, and servers. Other duties will be assigned as the role expands.
Key Learning Objectives:
Digital Health & Technology Intern works closely with our technology professionals to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology. This internship offers an opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world scenarios, develop technical skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. The Intern will be involved in tasks ranging from troubleshooting technical issues to assisting in the implementation of projects. An intern will receive support from managers and mentors through hands-on training, with the intention to learn, develop and demonstrate new knowledge.
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED
Currently pursuing an interest in Technology related fields. Preference of pursuing certification or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
