QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Management Science, Human Resources, education or related field
Experience: Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: Prior job title or occupational experience: Experience providing systems/database administration and maintenance, including customer interface support for enterprise-wide applications or Learning Management System
Prior specific functional responsibilities: Project management, reporting/analytics
Preferred experience: Familiarity with eLearning development tools including Captivate, SCORM/Tin Can, Web technologies (FTP, Flash, HTML5, JavaScript, XML, CSS coding), intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Other experience requirements: N/A
Knowledge/Skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
