Responsibilities
- Lead system and hospital-level risk identification and mitigation efforts
- Manage the litigation processes for lawsuits against Premier Health
- Develop and maintain proactive risk management strategies
- Consult on policy development, patient outcome disclosures, and event management

- Master’s degree in a related healthcare or business field
- Current Ohio Registered Nursing License
- Certification in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) within 12 months of hire
- 3-5 years of job-related experience with progressive management in healthcare
- Preferred: Background in professional nursing law or insurance/claims
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Must live in the Dayton, Ohio area
