Qualifications

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree
            
Additional requirements:
    Type of degree: Bachelors - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. 
    Area of study or major: Physical Therapy  
 

Licensure/Certification/Registration

    Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Ohio.  
    CPR Certification

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3  years of job-related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: Clinical experience should have occurred within the last three years unless currently employed in home care. 
Prior specific functional responsibilities: N/A
Preferred experience: One year clinical experience in acute care setting preferred  
Other experience requirements: N/A

Knowledge/Skills

    Must be capable of repeated standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
    Must be able to creatively adapt multiple environments and situations for successful outcomes.
    Must be self-directed and able to work with little supervision.
    Computer skills preferred.
    Home care experience preferred.
