Position Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics or a Revenue Cycle relevant field. Masters degree or other advanced designations is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle, Finance, Healthcare Management or Analytics required.
Required Skills: Ability to manage projects as demonstrated by previous project
experience.
Demonstrated experience in a structured, goal-oriented team
environment.
Demonstrated technical skills and software problem-solving techniques.
Proven report-writing and process-documentation skills
Strong inter-personal and organizational skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
