Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics or a Revenue Cycle relevant field. Master’s Degree or other advanced designation is a plus, but not required.
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle, finance, healthcare management, or analytics required.
Skills/Other:
- Ability to manage projects as demonstrated by previous project experience
- Demonstrated experience in a structured, goal-oriented team environment
- Demonstrated technical skills and software problem-solving techniques
- Proven report-writing and process-documentation skills
- Strong inter-personal and organizational skills
