Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree
- Area of study or major: Human Resources, Business, Management, Organizational Development or a related field
- PHR/SPHR preferred
- Minimum Level of Experience Required: 5 - 7 years of job related experience
- Prior job title or occupational experience: Recruiter
- Prior specific functional responsibilities: 2 Years of recruitment experience
- Preferred experience: Healthcare, Taleo, Behavioral interviewing experience preferred. Candidate sourcing and prescreening.
- Other experience requirements: HRIS Systems
- The ability to apply principles, critical thinking, practices, and procedures for recruitment activities.
- Ability to research and analyze various types of data/information in order to measure and recommend recruitment and retention activities and initiatives.
- Knowledge of employment law and other government compliance regulations. Microsoft Office, Outlook, ATS systems and familiarity with HRIS systems; picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential/sensitive information.
- Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve issues by using judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, or government law.
- Must be able to organize, multi-task and prioritize work; uses time effectively and efficiently; can attend to a broader range of activities.
- Ability to provide vision and leadership within the Human Resources division as well as within external customer groups.
- Ability to mentor and grow team members.
- Must be knowledgeable about how assigned clinical, technical and business departments work.
- Must be able to produce clear and succinct written and oral communication in a timely manner.
- Solves problems with peers, and is cooperative, collaborative, and a team player.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers, has the ability to act with customers in mind.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills; is effective in a variety of formal presentations; is effective both inside and outside of the organization. Experience with behavioral interviewing preferred
