Position Summary
General Summary/Responsibilities:
The Systems Analyst supports and analyzes Fidelity’s IT Systems, including PC workstations, laptops, servers, peripherals, software and telephones. Also provides support of communications on WAN/
DIMENSIONS:

· Analyzes current hardware and software to make recommendations
