TECH ED & SUPP TRAINER

Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelors Degree in the related fields of Clinical Informatics, Management Science, Education, Business Management, or Organizational Development

Licensure: Not applicable

Certification: Credentialed in EPIC applications – required within 3 months of start date.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical or operational experience in a Healthcare setting, OR five years of training and development experience in enterprise applications.


Skills/Other: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - preferred. The incumbent should demonstrate an understanding of organizational behavior, creative problem solving, self motivation, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of instructional design, healthcare operations and general business processes is desired.
