Education: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program; BSN required, however a candidate not meeting the degree requirement will be
considered as a candidate. Promotion to the role would include being enrolled in a BSN program within 6 months and a written
agreement to obtain their degree within 3 years.
Licensure: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License
Certification: BLS/ACLS
Experience: Three years clinical experience in burn nursing care is required. Maintaining
the Clinical Nurse role is preferred.
Skills/Other: Experience using computer software programs for data handling and experience in performance improvement project preferred.
