• 4 year degree in Information Technology related field
• Three to five years of experience with SharePoint in implementing and supporting SharePoint solutions, focused primarily on project management, governance and business processes. This includes adoption and training.
• Experience with SharePoint in implementing and supporting SharePoint solutions, MS SQL Server including SSIS and Reporting Services.
• Experience in Systems Analyst or similar role and strong knowledge and experience in full system development life cycle.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft’s current Office SharePoint Server 2013 platform and supporting technologies; a working knowledge of Windows networking principles.
• Demonstrate strong project management and detail skills with experience leading cross-organizational teams
• Experience in producing and refining business metrics to measure SharePoint usage and efficiency.
• Ability to interface with requirements team to ensure all system requirements are clearly defined, implemented, tested, and deployed.
• Ability to provide support for clients, accurately recording detailed description of known issues.
• Demonstrate work on SharePoint projects, business and process documentation including the development, implementation and re-design of business processes and procedures.
• Actively participate on code releases and roll-out of new functionality; ability to provide SharePoint technical understanding for user needs regarding the unique features and constraints of SharePoint.
• Demonstrate can produce basic training material and train end users appropriately on the use of SharePoint.
• Expert problem solving abilities including but not limited to, problem analysis, system component failure analysis and diagnostic skills related to application failures
• Hands-on knowledge of e-communications, intranets, collaboration tools, etc.
• Hands-on knowledge of complex knowledge management and CMS systems.
• Hands-on experience in the areas of user interface, navigational schemes, and human factors; management of user acceptance testing.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
