Education:

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree.
  • Area of Study Preferred: Healthcare or Business.

     

Experience & Skills:

  • Demonstrated progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably within cardiopulmonary, ambulatory, or diagnostic services.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar operating budgets.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change, standardization, and performance improvement across a complex, multi-site system.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills to partner effectively with medical staff, service line executives, and site leaders.

Reporting Structure:

This position has a direct line reporting to the Vice President of Ambulatory Services and Medical Imaging, with a dotted line reporting to the Cardiovascular service line and Premier Health – Christ JOA. The Director is an integral member of the JOA operations team.
